Bottoms Up

An entertainment and guest space basement renovation.  A tightly constrained dark basement with a small footprint was converted into an open, bright, and inviting space serving multiple functions for a small family.   The project exploits pocket spaces for all their worth to maximize usable square footage and coheres disparate zones (a new bath, utility room, and storage spaces) through a dialogue of positive and negative.
